With commercial revenue expertise developed over three decades, across most international markets, we provide advisory services to airports, government and financial institutions in the areas of commercial due diligence, business planning, airport commercial planning and transactions/PPPs worldwide.

Oana Damian - Director & Founder
Oana Damian founded Damazo Group in January 2017, as the specialist advisory firm which goes beyond the industry-specific commercial due diligence, by considering tech innovations and the ever changing passenger travel trends.
Ms Damian started her career in aviation at LeighFisher, where she was the lead commercial advisor and key member of on-site teams across various high-profile airport transaction projects, having performed commercial revenue due diligence on over US$24bn of successful transactions worldwide between 2012 and 2013 alone. Since starting Damazo Group, Ms Damian provided commercial revenue advisory on over 15 airport projects, in Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia Pacific.
Ms Damian speaks six languages and holds an MBA degree obtained in Spain. Ms Damian speaks at various airport industry and tech/travel conferences, and co-authored the TRB publication "Understanding the Value of Social Media at Airports for Customer Engagement".
Muriel Zingraff - Partner
Muriel Zingraff is a Partner at Damazo Group, specialising in airport concession planning, from initial concept development through to tenders, implementation and delivery.
Ms Zingraff is the former London Heathrow Airport Retail Director, where she was responsible for developing Heathrow's retail business in existing and new terminals. Ms Zingraff developed the airport’s retail sales, reaching £1.9bn in 2013 from £1.7bn in 2012 and delivering EBIT growth of 7% in 2012 and 8% in 2013.
The implementation of Retail Vision, a new modelling tool Ms Zingraff developed, was instrumental in delivering these results. Ms Zingraff achieved the successful development of a world-class retail proposition for T2 and the realization of the new luxury offer for T5, which includes iconic brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel and Hermès, contributing to a 10.6% growth in passenger spend year on year.
